archive: Be My Controller: FlashDance Meat Machinima

Art Mods

Clearly the best thing I have seen in at least 12 days. Voldo Dance brings the heat of the dancefloor to Machinima; badly manicured Drag Kings shake their pixelated booties to a Nelly track in a secluded arena... Surrounded by The Dark Lavas of Desire, they do the kinds of controversial things seen only in The Lambada, while the epiphanies of passion guide opiated filmic cuts.

If anyone has clues about this work, or the midnight genius that made it, _please_ leave a comment...

Re: Be My Controller: FlashDance Meat Machinima by camper on Thursday, July 29 @ 05:39:05 CEST julian, after i showed this at the melbourned game conference (eddo gave it to me btw), the creator sent me a confused email. he is a designer from a LA, and had never heard of machinima until recently. certainly one of nicest pieces of pure intuitive cultural bilge to arrive in the last year. heres his website: http://www.bainst.com/ -brody
